These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of and access to our product "vRep" and its associated services including, but not limited to, ChatReps, EmailReps, and PhoneReps (collectively, the "Services"), which are owned and operated by Pipestry, LLC doing business as SalesHive ("SalesHive", "we", "our", or "us"). The Services can be accessed through the website at vrep.ai ("Website"). Please read these Terms carefully and ensure that you understand them before using our Services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our Website and using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Website and our Services.

We store your data on our servers, utilizing pinecone.io's vector database technology. We strive to maintain the security of your data, but we cannot guarantee complete security. It's important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your account and information by maintaining secure passwords and guarding against phishing attacks.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge that SalesHive and its licensors own all right, title and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Services.
9. Use of OpenAI Embedding and LLM
We utilize OpenAI's GPT-4 technology, including its embeddings and language models, to power some of our Services. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to OpenAI's applicable terms and conditions and privacy policies.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, and without warning.
11. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will SalesHive be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SalesHive, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
